This is my first bit of walking for many years and is deliberately short for that reason. So rather than walk the Camino Francés from Saint Jean-Pied-de-Port, I am just walking the last 118 km of the Camino from Sarria in Galicia to Santiago de Compostela. A short Pilgrimage for a short Pilgrim! I am going to Walk The Walk! So follow me on the way; The Way of Saint James! Le Chemin de Saint Jacques! El Camino de Sant Iago!!

"It Takes a Lot of Medicine to Keep This Up!"
To take or buy on the way?
You could end up taking a chemist shop on your back! In my case, I have to start off with a variety of prescription medicines needed just to keep me going! The old heart and dodgy stomach require daily attention. Carrying a record of these, I know from experience, is essential.
Of the others, it has been a case of research once again, and then selection. No doubt there will be something I'll leave out!
Some items I will buy in Spain. I am only taking cabin baggage and I will need to buy scissors, for example, once I arrive. Other items, whose need may arise, will be added to this list of course.
